Most of the shutters we build begin with a standard design and essentially the same time proven hardware, however, we will be happy to consider the pros and cons of any modifications you may have in mind.
Very few windows are absolutely square, therefore, it is important that measurements be taken from top to bottom, horizontally and vertically. It’s not unusual to find differences of 1/8” to ¼” in measurements taken from top to bottom or side to side. We prefer to take measurements ourselves when you contact us for an estimate. Before final assembly and installation of the shutters, we will fit the frames to each window to insure a proper fit.

The timeline varies based on the complexity of your order and our current production schedule. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date during our initial contact. Since we build the shutters ourselves here in San Angelo rather than order them from a third-party manufacturer or factory located in another part of the country, we may be able to deliver your completed shutters six or more weeks sooner than some of our competitors.

Depending upon your experience and talent with a screwdriver, you may very well be capable of installing the shutters yourself, but why would you want to if installation is included in the cost of the shutters? Occasionally, we find minor adjustments to the shutters need to be made while performing the installation and we can make those adjustments as necessary.

On rare occasions a screw may need to be adjusted to make the louvers open and close more smoothly or you may discover a problem due to defective material or construction, call us.
